By paying the required deposit, you are confirming that you are serious about your reservation at Chillax Nature Spa. This allows us to reserve your preferred time slot and assign a dedicated therapist exclusively for your appointment.
Deposit : A 20% deposit minimum of 2 pax above is required to secure your booking.
Remaining Balance : The remaining 80% of the payment, you must be settled after the completion of your Full Body Massage session.
Rescheduling : Appointment changes must be requested at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time and are subject to therapist availability.
No-Show Policy : If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Spa Cancellation : If Chillax Nature Retreat Spa cancels your appointment (1 hour before), your deposit will be refunded within 3 working days.
